VIVECHROM SUPER NEOPAL ECO WHITE 10 LT

Type: Ecological emulsion paint.

Specific gravity: 1,33 – 1,42 ± 0,02gr/cm3 (ISO 2811), depending on shade

Viscosity: 13-17 Ps (ROTOTHINNER DIN 51550, 25°C).

Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray.

Thinning: 5-10% clean water.

Spreading rates: About 14m2 per litre per coat on previously prepared surfaces.

Drying times: Touch dry after 1 hour and recoatable after 3 hours. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity, temperature)

Colours: It is available in white and in unlimited number of shades through Vivechrom's Chromosynthesis Tinting System

SURFACE PREPARATION

•Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and salts.

•Dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust fumes. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory and/or hazardous protective equipment should be used.

•To fill and coat the surfaces: Use NEOPAL STUCCO.

•For new surfaces or porous surfaces coated with lime or low quality paints: Prime with NEOPAL PRIMER ECO. For the refinishing of sound surfaces apply directly SUPER NEOPAL ECO. 

APPLICATION 

Thin with 5-10% clean water and stir well before use • Apply 2 coats of SUPER NEOPAL ECO for a perfect result. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying Prior to applying vivid, bright shades that do not exhibit high opacity (from Base TR), apply one coat of SUPER NEOPAL ECO in a similar shade produced by a higher opacity base (eg Base P) • Apply the paint and let it dry at temperatures between 10°C to 35°C • Minimise paint wastage by estimating how much paint you will need • Use suitable respiratory protective equipment when using spray gun.

AFTER USE – WASTE MANAGEMENT 

Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers and clean them with water and detergent solution after use • Do not put residual paint down the kitchen sink or toilet, or into a waste bin • Unused paint requires specialist handling for safe environmental disposal and that it should not therefore be thrown away with household refuse • Advice regarding disposal and collection should be sought from the local authority • Recover unused paint for re-use • Reuse of paint can effectively minimise the products’ life cycle environmental impact.

Keep out of reach of children • If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand • Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing •Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell • Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4- isothiazolin-3-one and 2 methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction • Close well after application • Store in a cool place • Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist. Lift with care – gross weight exceeds 10 kg.
