Yes, you can, but you must inform us to the date of the dispatch either as a note during your checkout online or by informing our sales representatives when placing your order over the phone. Alternatively, you can make your arrangements at the customer service desk if you are shopping in our physical stores.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders that are received before 12:00 am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day at the latest. Orders that are received after 12:00 am are dispatched the next working day and arrive the next working day at the latest. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day and arrive within 24 hours at the latest.

You may experience delays if an item in your order is not in stock in your province.

Orders to hard-to-reach locations may take longer to arrive.

At the moment we cannot service orders outside the Republic of Cyprus.

For customers who visit the stores, payment can be made at the cash register either in cash or credit/debit card.

For customers who place orders online, payment can be made by credit/debit card at the end of the checkout process.

For customers who place orders by phone, payment can be made by credit card over the phone manually.
