A porcelain enamelled warming rack provides additional cooking space. Its roasting hood has a heat indicator to monitor the temperature.•Above each stainless steel burner sits a porcelain enamelled flame tamer. The hot flame tamers distribute the heat evenly during cooking and vaporise food juice drippings to impact that unique smoky barbecue flavour.•Excess grease collects below in a grease cup for easy clean-up, no need for foil or sand in the drip tray. Two wheels provide easy manoeuvrability.
